From sourcing through asset management, our businesses in funds and special situations completely integrate ESG factors into every step of our investment process. To accomplish this, we begin by integrating a fundamental set of ESG concerns into our five core objectives and then further customize ESG concept on materiality. Moreover, we encourage all of our collaborators—management groups, asset managers, loan servicers, or joint venture partners—to adopt our ESG strategy and other best practices in the sector.
